Return Goods and Exchange Policy
For regular items and ordered within 2:00 pm cut-off time, you may expect the order the next day. Orders made after cut-off time will be considered next day orders and shall be processed as such.
For special made to order and/ or order basis items, allow 1-3 working days for processing. Printed and customized products may take even longer. Consult your sales coordinator to clarify if your order would fall under this category.
